Interest of the Saturday Afternoon Club

Elias Disney worked on the great White City, constructed for Chicago's World Fair in 1893.  He told stories, to his sons Roy and Walt, about a magical kingdom by a lake.  

Fort Meade, Florida, became the first city in Central South Florida.  The city got its start in 1849.
