Kirby's Pig Stand was the first drive in restaurant. Americans had fallen in love with their vehicles, a drivers license meant freedom. Kirby's Pig Stand was the first to respond to the teenage-need to get a steering column messy from BBQ Sauce. The restaurant was opened in Dallas Texas, in 1921.
