1. Noises: List as many as you can.
2. Scents List as many as you can.
3. Tastes List as many as you can.
4. Colors List as many as you can.
5. Names List as many as you can.
6. Plants List as many as you can.
7. List Things In Your Environment. Desk: cup stapler, coffee, ipad, 
8. Get Five Books from your library first two words you see, write down, then you will have 10 with the five books. Use these books to spark imagination.  
9. Keep a dictionary for yourself on words you find interesting or do not know.  Use one of these words to begin your writing.
